Excellent client experience
Truworths Cape Gate Mall On Monday I visited the Truworths branch in Cape Gate Mall in the shoes department. The security lady on duty saw that I were looking for assistance and she came to assist me. She went looking in the back for the specific shoe size. While I were standing there, the male security guard came to the back to enjoy his lunch as he had his food with him. The guy saw me standing and asked if he can be of assistance. My husband was sitting there in the stool and he couldn't believe that the guy... While on lunch came up to me to assist me.
Well done Truworths Cape Gate Mall... Excellent client service.
