Epic failure
<p>The cashier and the consultants and the store and head office is a waste of life when one is complaining and no one says sorry as if you in the wrong. They give temporary credit limit for one day only and don't advise you, and then expect you to walk around remembering there store's t&cs. Completely disgusted by the experience.</p>

We acknowledge your frustration however wish to advise that the temporarily increase on a customer’s account limit, is authorized on the basis that the account meets the qualifying criteria. This is further printed on the point-of-sale docket and is accepted by the customer when he/she signs the docket authorizing the purchase.
We acknowledge receipt of your complaint via our Call Centre and can verify that our consultant has been in contact with you to discuss and clarify this matter for you, she has further apologized for the service concerns raised in this regard.
