Epic fail

On Saturday my friend and I went to Truworths Mimosa in Bloemfontein to buy a dress for an up coming event, when we got to the counter the dress got torn when the teller removed the hard tag and we were told that all the dresses would do the same thing because the person who put the hard tags on had put them in the wrong place. We offered to by the dress at a discounted rate but we were told Truworths doesn't sell damaged garments and we left. To my surprise when I retured to the store today all those garments were on the wrack including the one we tried to buy with the hole. I then asked one gentleman in the store how they are trying to sell these damaged goods and I was told it's the incompetance of the floor stuff. I'm so disappointed in the Truworths brand, I hope something is done cause I left the store with the goods still on the wrack and some poor unsuspecting customer will end up buying it. Epic fail
