ENQUIRY MADE WITHOUT ME
These shops will be the end of is I am telling you. Today I received a credit report that showed I made an enquiry with Identity in RUSTENBURG wes part I stay in carletonville. When I am trying to follow up the ***** department said they can not help me as there is no account opened, but sad part is the enquiry is AFFECTING MY CREDIT REPORT NEGATIVELY. I am very ****ed our information is not safe with these companies.

And If I lodge a dispute they need a proof from you guys admitting that you did the enquiry **********ly and now you guys are giving me unnecessary admin. I am keeping my things in order but you guys are failing to do things properly now I have to be up amd down?? The inconvenience you are putting me under, where the hell am I getting the time to go up and down to the police station to prove that I didn't make enquiry??
