ENDLESS CALLS FROM TRUWORTHS
Good day,

We get ENDLESS calls from Truworths although the account gets paid every month....we keep on telling them that we will pay our instalment on the 25th of the month, but yet they keep on calling! OMG, can Truworths PLEASE concentrate on those people THAT DO NOT PAY!!!!
I have sent them 2 emails wrt this, with NO REPLY!!!
I am fully aware that we are an instalment behind, but as explained time and time again, our last instalment will be at the end of July - and then the account WILL BE CLOSED!!!!!
I am sick of the phone calls, and no matter how many times they call, THE LAST INSTALMENT WILL BE PAID AT THE END OF JULY!!!! 29 Jun 2015, 14:44Hello Joshua13,
Thank you for your post and allowing us the opportunity to respond.
We have investigated your query and were informed during our telephonic conversation that the listed account does not belong to you but to your husband.
We established that the account is currently being handled by Blake and Associates on behalf of Truworths. We have therefore, liaised with them on the concerns raised in your post. We were informed that an email was received from you on 22 June and 25 June 2015, to which a responses were sent on the same day.
We acknowledge your frustration regarding the arrears communication received, however wish to advise that once an account reflects in arrears, communication is automatically generated to remind customers about the status of their accounts and that their credit worthiness is an asset.
Should you in the interim have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us on *** or via email on ***.
Kind regards,
Lynn
