empty promises and lack of customer service
Hello Peter,<br> <br> I am utterly disgusted of how Truworths treats it's loyal customer, I can't believe I am still complaining of the very same thing that happened last year August in regard to a blocked card, this morning I went to truworths mabopane to pay for my installment and to test my current card no 2 which they have promised to be working. I was shocked when the teller informed me that I cannot purchase anything and she went to an extend of putting it to a test.<br> <br> Truworths fix my card and I don't want card no 3 because I have been waiting since last year August for it. If you can't fix it I will be happy to shop where they value their customers. I am very disappointed.
