However, when customers do not meet their payment commitments, various means of correspondence are communicated which serves as a reminder of the importance of bringing your account up to date and that your credit worthiness is an asset.
Please be advised that even if a payment arrangement has been noted on an account, for as long as the account reflects in arrears, the customer will still receive collections communication.
We regret that these forms of communication were not received in the manner in which it was intended; or if you felt that our collections process was in any way offensive and not handled correctly.
