Empty Promises

I always get sms from Truwoths saying I have a 150 voucher available if I were to spend 750 and more and all I need to do is to go to the store and show the sms to redeem, I went to Truwoths Golden Walk about 4 times and every time I went there a consultant will show me a computer screen saying no vouchers available,being fed up den I decided to call their customer care number and spoke to a lady that I forgot her name but something like Amelia I think, she said there was nothing she can do since it was a weekend and will have to escalate and will call me on Tuesday the 17th and being in customer care field myself I understood however to this day I never receive any call from no 1, really disappointed in this
