EMBARRESSED!!
My mother bought me a dress at Truworths in Cavendish Claremont using her credit card, mom travelled all the way from EC to buy me that dress as I'm a student graduating in Cape Town my lives in the EC. I found a dress I like much more than the one she bought for me, she is now back in the EC and at Truworths in Cape Town the y won't exchange the dress for something else as I don't have my mothers credit card! How am I suppose to get her credit card from EC. My mom travelled all the way to buy me this dress and now they expect me or her to travel all the way for the credit card?? I didn't even ask for a refund, as I don't want the money back I would like to exchange for something else. I mean my whole family and friends love purchasing from Truworths but not once have I ever thounght I ewould feel this humiliated in a store. I felt like so embarressed because it made me feel as if I stole that item and now I just want to cash in on the money the way I was treated in that store.
