Embarrassed by Truworths

The embarrassment I endured on my daughters birthday, I wanted to make a purchase for a birthday gift and to my surprise I couldn't because Truworths claims that my account is in arrears after I made the payment for November and before the due date. I was so embarrassed by this when I even showed the consultant on my banking app that the payment was made on time but nothing reflects on there records and I could not make the purchase.
