Embarrassed and frustrated

Went into Truworths store today at Thabong Shopping centre in Sebokeng, as soon as I walked in the metal detector went off and I hadn't even bought anything from other stores. They told me to check my bag and they checked my wallet as well asking if I bought them at truworths and I said no, then they told me I can't come in because the metal detector will go off when I leave the store. I had to leave the store all embarrassed and ashamed as if I did something wrong. This is unacceptable, I'm never setting foot in another truworths store again, train your people and check your systems.
