Emanuel's Bad attitude
Friday the 16th at 17:50, Emanuel was rude to me and my friends when we were shopping. He told us that he wants to leave its Friday as they are closing the store at 18:00. I then question his approach as ive worked in retail my self for 8 years and not even once we chased customers out, he rep**** TO HELL WITH THE CUSTOMER. We reported the attitude and a Manager come and called him. He then come again with his attitude in front of his Manager apologizing while working away. Not even an apology from him self will correct how i feel about Truworths.

We were truly concerned to read about your experience at one of our stores as the service you have described is completely deplorable. We immediately contacted the Area and Divisional Manager of the relevant store.
Following their investigation, we were informed that the staff member in question did not handle the matter in the appropriate manner and has therefore received the necessary corrective action.
We believe that the Manger overseeing the store on behalf of the Area Manager, has contacted you to apologize for the incident.
We trust that we were able to acceptably attend to your query and once again wish to apologize for to you for conduct of our staff member on the day of your visit.
