Educate Liberty Prominade Mall on AML !!!!! They don’t know what they doing

Truworths Liberty Prominade Mall the worst !! I opened a new account on Friday ( 20th Nov 2020) , the consultant checked the ID for FICA verification purposes and the manager was called in to check again and approve which she did. Thereafter I made a purchase with my ID since my card not ready yet. Yesterday the Monday ( 23rd Nov 2020) went to the shop to buy using my ID again since my card still not ready and suddenly I’m told the page on my ID has been glued in and the same manager who approved my account opening is called in to approve and she confirms my ID has been glued in. My question is why have they opened the account then since they’ve done proper checks at initial opening of the account. The purpose of FICA regulation is to prevent dealing with an unknown customer ( opening an account with unknown customers) to combat ********** activities. In this case the account has been opened and a purchase has been made, this makes Truworths Liberty Prominade Mall looks like they don’t know what they are doing. Perhaps management should educate their staff on AML otherwise soon the FIC would fine them .........hope this will reach their Head of Compliance too !!!
