On the 25th of every month I make sure to pay my truworths account of R340 and today they called me saying that I've missed payment when in fact I have proof on my Capitec app that I have submitted my payment. I am trying my utmost best to keep my credit score as high as possible, then you have company's like truworths that ends up disappointing you and labeling you as an "owing customer" when I pay the account every month. I AM ENDING THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!
