Empangeni truworths refused when i said my card should be delivered there, and i don’t have anywhere else they could deliver it, day before yesterday truworths called me and i scheduled a payment with them, i told the assistant to send me an account number where i can pay and they said the consultant said he had sent it, only to find the link to a website that requests for my truworths account again. So now I decide to call Truworths, shanell answers, as I was still talking to her she drops the call, I call her again and request for a Zulu consultant she says they’re not available, I again try to explain my problem she drops again. This is now ****ing me off. All I want is an account number where I can call and settle this off, is that too much to ask for really.
