****ed off

I was ****ed off when they said they can't provide my daughter with her truworth store card because she has a temporary ID but before she app**** we told them she lost her original ID card they went ahead she got approved all of a sudden they refused to give her the card she was told to wait for the ID and apply again. That's so unprofessional and irritating I must say
