****ed as hell

Very poorest service at truworths denlyn mall, they must just close it because they don't care about customers at all especially month ends. They only want our money, coming back from work tired or during lunch break you just want to pay your account and go back to work or home but hey not at truworths denlyn mall u will stand up until you drop, longest ques & no aircon. They have 3 payment points stations in the shop but only use 1 station with 5 tills but they use only 2 tills. Just close that hell hole it just a walk away from where are work & stay but hey I won't mind driving to other malls just to pay my bills because this one is useless for all customers & if u don't pay on time they annoy you. We've been complaining but nothing changes at all
