EARTHCHILD Truworths Poor service and RETURN POLICY

Hi my name is Sfanekiso Ncube Truworths account holder : ***

I write this email to express my disappointment on the quality of service that I have received from your store.

I bought shoes for my son on the 13 Nov 23 , which were supposed to be size 8 since my son wears a size 7.

As soon as we got home, I got to fit the shoes only to find that they were not the correct size as they didn’t fit.

I had to drive back to return the shoes to be told they were not in a condition when I brought them the day after which was the 14 November 23.

I really find this unprofessional and insensitive and incorrect , I buy clothes and shoes from this store all the time (you can check the records)

The lady had promised to call me yesterday and did not , which she only called me today.

I have never been treated like this , i am going to have escalate this and take this further if my request has not been remedied.

The mistake I made was not to check the shoes before I left , which I assumed would be in good condition in fact I don’t have problem with those shoes as they were but they don’t fit my son so I cant do anything with them.

My son can’t wear these shoes they don’t fit !!

What am im supposed to do with these shoes?
