Your staff chased us away. SIES , shame on THe store manager, no training for his staff Hi all I’m so disgusted by the way your staff treated my family and I the past Sunday. I’m one person that follows the covid guideline . I had my 5 year old daughter who was wearing a FACESHIELD and this lady insisted she had to wear a MASK. Why is that she can wear the face shield at school , everywhere else , the entire time mall at Sandton, entire all shops but your store turned us away. I tried telling this person her face and more especially mouth and noise were covered but her stupidity was too much she wanted a FACE MASK???????????? I guess my money was never good enough for your store. I’ve always been a loyal customer but now I’m left with a bitter taste. Customer service is Key teach them that
