Dyslexia or dysfunctional?
So I noticed that something with my truworths account is way off. I asked Truworths to please send me a statement with all the transactions for the passed 6 months. So the *********** people working with the statements keeps on sending me a statement containing the transactions of one month. So I am not sure if I am dealing with a person who has dyslexia and cannot read or am I dealing with a person who cannot draw up a statement for the last 6 months. I am really confused as to why this is such a difficult request for truworths.

28 Oct 2020, 15:21Just as I thought now Truworths is waking up, I got a wake up call.
So this morning when I checked my emails, 6 different emails from Truworths. 6 statements. I thought it was a joke. I asked for a statement with all the transactions of the past 6 months, not 6 different statements. I sent an email back and some *********** arrogant person informed me that they cannot do that.
Now, this is part of the grade 8 EMS sillabus. So in other words, Truworths employees did not pass or attempt grade 8. How is this possible?
