Dropped Call cause was tea time

Customer service non existent at truworths online store, had ordered items online and the size of the sneakers was worng and was not the first time that wrong items get delivered. Called and very rude lady answered and she rudely told me she can't assist me with the wrong size they have send me,requested to speak to her supervisor and she first put me on hold and dropped the call.when I called again some else pick up the call and was told the reason he dropped my call was because she had to go for tea 🍵. Wow what a service, even regret having their account.
