Double Standards Bad Service

Ok where does I begin. My Husband has a Truworths Man account, I bought a black dress on his account at Truworths Walmer Park in PE, there was red shoes also but not my size. After this I looking at every Truworths but unfortunately cannot find my size. On the 13th September 2021 I call Truworths Uitenhage, the lady Ganel confirm that they have a size 8 in the red shoes. I asked her to hold it for me, I will collect it on the 14th September. On the 14th I drove to Uitenhage from Port Elizabeth 40km. At Truworrths Uitenhage want to pay again with my Husband’s Truworths Man card, and the lady said to me unfortunately I can not buy on my husband’s account, I call my husband and he talked to the lady and explained to her my wife bought on previous occasions with his card at Truworths and there was no problem. But they refused that I bought on his account. I said to the lady they can check on the system his ID but unfortunately I cannot buy on his account. Please explain to me why can I buy at Truworths PE on his account and not at Uitenhage Truworths.
