Don't understand
I was never called by Truworths can someone call me, cause I don't understand what you saying about visors and masks

20 Nov 2020, 17:25I was contacted by Truworths and asked them that since well my daughter has a problem with breathing and can't use a face mask but a visor does it mean , we not allowed to enter into their store's and was told it's a government regulation, as I was reading through the regulation it said
- Wearing masks may be difficult for some people with sensory, cognitive, or behavioral issues. If they are unable to wear a mask properly or cannot tolerate a mask, they should not wear one, and adaptations and alternatives should be considered.
- Now what is it that Truworths is going to do , since well other retailers do accommodate us
- I wanted the CEO to respond but it seems like he doesn't want to engage with us as customers
