DON'T SHOP AT TRUWORTHS!

Worst online shopping experience with zero feedback, tracking updates and complete lack of service. They make it impossible to track your order. The 5-7 days stipulated on the site is a false breaking their agreement to the consumer. Had to phone the online service, which took quite some time to get through. The unhelpful service agent told me he has no idea when the order will be delivered to the correct address as they sent it to a DIFFERENT CITY! Requested to cancel the order and get a refund however this is not allowed as you must sign for the parcel once received before requesting a refund, of which it will take another 14 working days to get the refund! Stay away from this misleading and utterly useless company.
