Dont order Online

I order shoes on 2 of september today is 12 and they are still busy sourcing the item. This comes after they sent me sms on monday 9th saying my order is pickedup and on its way, how do you pick up order and the next day sourcing the order? This pair of shoe was available in store in bellvile and Cape town not far from where the delivery address in Vangate Mall. On the day i order i also order items from identity, 5 days sharp i receive all my items with 1 item came all the way from bloemfontein! This was my first time order online by truworth and definetly my last
