Dont order from Loads of Living !

I recently placed an online order with Loads of living , I am so livid with service received. Money taken off my account . They advertised a duvet cover online but when delivered I received a Fitted Sheet . Also ordered curtains no message sent to advise no stock but the money taken off my account . The curtains were not delivered and when I queried it I was informed that there is no stock when I was asked when I would be refunded they could not advise . Call center agent was unhelpful . money is gone off my account and I did not receive what I ordered !!! I am so disgusted . I have ****** and cheated .
