DONT EVER OPEN ACCOUNT WITH TRUWORTHS
I have a Truworths account almost 6 months no , in the past 6 months I paid my account every single month on time! I owe them in total +/- R400.00 my monthly instalment is R80.00. With or without a statement, end of January I have paid them R10.00 short !!!!!! Ridiculous can you believe it , they never stop phoning me and send me sms's this last 3 weeks ...I just received a few minutes ago another call from Truworths ??!! The sms's stated that my account is overdue, please pay R100 IMMEDIATELY TO SAVE FURTHER INTEREST !!!! Charge me interest you will be very sorry!!! I phoned Truworths the first week in February and asked them what is going on why am I not receiving any form of statement, and then I asked the lady I have spoken to don't ever phone / SMS me over R10.00 !!!! I promise you Truworths I will pay this outstanding amount in full and close this account. I don't need you as much as you need me!!! Truworths definitely owe me much more then a apology!!
