Dont do online order

I made an online order on the 24th November 2023. On the 4th of December I received part one of the parcel. The parcel was dropped of at postnet (not at my house) and I had to pay R30 extra to receive the parcel at postnet :( ....after I already paid for delivery when I did the order.

As yet I haven't receive parcel TWO. I received a sms on 5 Dec that parcel 2 will be delivered. I've been calling everyday since 5 Dec and everyday there is a new excuse why it's not delivered yet.

DONT order online with Truworths. BAD SERVICE!!
