Don't do it.

I don't recommend buying something online from Truworths, order was placed 30th October 2023 and I kept an eye on the progress, a few days ago it showed the parcel is with the courier on its way, then suddenly the next day the order is being sourced starting from the beginning again and there was no communication regarding this. So I decided I'll email to cancel my order instead, to which I received no response and sent another email requesting a refund and to cancel the order, considering the status shows that it is still being sourced and not out for delivery it seems like it would be a lot easier to refund instead of waiting for the parcel to one day arrive then returning it.
