Dont buy gift from Truworths cuz they dont want to exchange rather go to Woolworths, Edgars or Jet

Pathetic service and a joke. My son received pants as a gift which doesn't fit. Truworths refused to exchange it because we must have a slip. The company is a joke and I would advise that you do not buy your clothes gifts from them. Rather go to Wooloworths, Edgars or even Jet which does allow you to exchange gifts without having to embarrass yourself having to phone the person that bought the gift.
