Don't make me take legal route
I had a truworths account years ago and because of the poor service I have been receiving all along I then decided to pay off the account.As a manager of a big company I know the importance of paying my accounts so lately I have been receiving letters saying I'm owing truworths worst off all someone came to my work place looking for me saying I owe truworths and in all honesty I took offence.now please fix this before I goes out of hand my no is *** and I'd no is ***<br>

Following our telephonic conversation, you informed us that the account queried in your post belongs to your mom. Whilst we do not ordinarily discuss matters pertaining to the account with anyone other than the account holder we believe that our response does not contain any confidential information.
We were truly concerned to read that a letter was hand delivered to the account holder as we do not do door to door collections.
We can verify that we have contacted the account holder and requested the details of letter received in order for us to investigate this matter and provide her with feedback.
