My Aunt went to buy two pairs of sneakers at Truworths in Welkom, and they told her that they do not have sizes, but they can put in a request for her from another branch and get her those sizes and she agreed and signed for them. They told her to wait for an SMS, to come and collect. So she went on the 10th Of November to collect the sneakers, and they gave her only one pair yet the slip shoes two pairs were delivered. When she enquired about this they made excuses that maybe the was a mix up, they will try to look into it. They even forced her to sign for the two pairs claiming that as soon as they find what happened to the sneakers they will call her. However the most frustrating is the fact that they refused her to see the manager and that was kind of *****. They cannot explain how come the slip says two pairs were delivered yet they give her only 1 pair. She was in that store for more than 3hours and no one assisted her and only told her to leave her number and the manager will call her. She's frustrated because she signed for the wrong slip that shows two pairs yet she only got 1 pair
