Do not wear your shoes everyday !

What a distasteful experience I have just had at the Walmer Branch. I had to return shoes and was addressed by the manager. The shoes where return due to a sewing Knot being present (a rather large one) and making it very uncomfortable to wear. The lady behind the till who I presume is new said they don't have stock sorry cant help you, asked if they could get elsewhere and eventually she offered to get it from somewhere else. However the best part is the MANAGER..... she asked do I wear my shoes everyday, and I was like yes they are work shoes, she then proceeds to advise me "we are advised that we need to educate our clients and shoes should not be worn everyday', ok so how many I wear my shoes around 3 to 4 times a week. I have bought many pairs of inferior quality shoes much cheaper worn them day in and day out and have not every had the problem with them (and to name it from Kingsmead). So Really telling me I cannot wear my shoes everyday ...... A little shocked. Not the best service Truworths Walmer Park Port Elizabeth, especially not from a manager.
