I placed an order on your website on 26 August, the order was partially delivered and to date, I have still not received my other parcel.

I have contacted Truworths Head Office several times regarding the delay. According to one of your consultants, the parcel has been sitting with the courier company and the delay is apparently beyond Truworths’ control because the delivery service has been outsourced.

However, as the customer, my order is with Truworths, and I should not have to bear the inconvenience caused by your outsourced courier service. The stated turnaround time for delivery has already lapsed.

I would therefore appreciate an exact and confirmed date and time frame for when I can expect to receive my parcel. I would also appreciate an urgent update on the current location and status of my order.
