Dissatisfied

So confused and disappointed at the same time. On the 26 Aug 2024 I made a payment on the my account and after the payment was made I than had credit available for R3144.00 yesterday was the 5 September me thinking I can still get me something of the 50% sale as i receive a sms stating that the sale was extended and that I can purchase for R193.00 like where is my credit that was available to me I didn't make any purchases on my account after I made my last payment on the account. I don't understand and I'm very dissatisfied at this point.
