Dissapointment
I got a gift on the 25.12.17 a beautiful watch bought at truworths. I have the item for a little 3 weeks. Two of silver studs has already fallen out and after enquiring with truworths today on the 14.01.18 what we could do they said they dont return jewelry unless there is a mechanism fault. How on earth can you buy something for R600 and have it less than a month and not have it replaced or fixed?? Utterly disgusted if that is there return policy on poor quality jewerly that cost so much!!
