Dissapointed with Truworths - will never shop there ever again!

<p>I bought a jersey from Truworths for R599. I wore the jersey twice and discovered a defect in the jersey fabric. I took the jersey back to the store to get another jersey. I was told that the jersey was out of stock. I then wanted a refund for the jersey. I was then told that they would have to send the jersey away for lab testing. The results came back from the lab that there was no manufacturing reject. After a bit of arguing with the manager the jersey was sent away a second time for lab testing. Customer Service then came back to me and said that I would get a refund for the jersey. When I went in the store to get the refund - they only wanted to give me a refund of R270 because at that time, the jersey was on sale (which I refused - I wanted the full amount I paid). I am very dissapointed with the service. I will not be shopping at Truworths again. Trying to return something is too complicated and they dont have a customer service department in store. The customer service department which you have to call - make promises to call you back - but they dont do that.</p>
