dissapointed

Good day,

I placed an order online. Well on Wednesday i recieved an sms stating my order has been dispatched and it will be at Truworths Randfontein at 5pm. On Thursday morning(Yesterday) I received another sms stating that my order are ready for colletion at Truworths Randfontein. I went to Truwoths yesterday at 4:45pm to collect my order and the cashier and manager where heavy confused so they decided to treated me if am an idiot, I told them listen I placed an order online and I recieved an sms saying that my order are ready for collection I even showed them my sms, they asks me "DID WE PHONED U TO COME AND COLLECT YOUR ORDER" Im like really??? I received an sms stating my order is here, they made an idiot out of me infront of other clients which I think its very unprofessional, I mean i stood in a long que to get that type of treament. So my question is where is my order?? They didnt even bother to phone and find out what happened, or where my order is, im still in the dark. Im really dissapointed and disgusted by the treatment I got yesterday. order no: ***. Miss SL Fortuin
