Disrespectful and Rude!

I really don't like how this lady treat her casuals, not all casuals of course she has her favourate!these poor kids are being insulted,they are afraid to report because they think she will cut their hours as she does when they try to stand up for themselves!They might be casuals but they are human beings who deserves to be treated with respect and FAIR.These casual even hate to come to work because of her,workplace is where we spend most of our time so it is expected to be a comfortable especially if you deal with customers you need to be relaxed and friendly. How do you do that in an environment where you are being treated like dirt?One of the casuals had to quit because she couldn't take it anymore,these people need these Job.I was once a casual myself and I know and understand these kids situation,I was also afraid to standup for myself so I can't sit and watch these kids being broken like this! She's robbing these kids their dreams it's so unfair! TRUWORTHS,THIS LADY DOESNT DESERVE TO BE A LEADER,leaders should lead by example.Yes you need to discipline your staff but in a proper way not by insulting them!If this matter is not resolved by end of August I'm taking it further!
