Dispicable and unhelpful.
<p>Do not every open an account with Truworths.!!! They charge you interest on payment plans of 12 months that you DO NOT request and refuse to refund you when you query it. </p> <p> </p> <p>They harrass you with 14 or more phone calls a day when you account is supposedly in arrears. The call centre consultants refuse to put you through to a manager, and hang up the phone on you. </p> <p>Disgusting customer relations for an account holder of over 20years!!! I would never recommend this store to anyone.</p>
