dishonest service

On the 20/11/19 i was at Truworths in Bellville for a pair of boots that was on sale. I wanted to buy the boots but the cashier convinced me to rather take the boots the next day because the item will be less. As i told her that the last pair in my size but she said i must call earlier the next day she will keep it. So the next morning i went before the shop opened she came and told me the boots was sold and couldnt explain how that happended seeing i was the last customer they had the previous day and the first one in the shop the following day. I requested for the store manager and she explained the same thing to me. I left that store very sad and disappointed because i also explained to the sales consultanted that im spoiling myself for my birthday. I just want to warn the consumers of Truworths that the staff has first privileged.
