Disgusting waiting period from Truworths

I am absolutely disgusted in Truworths!! Ordered on the 7th of May with a 3-5 day waiting period. I am still waiting for my parcel!! The date is now the 18th May. I tried going into the stores but their racks were a mess and didn't have most of what I saw online. Will winter be over by the time I get my clothes??? It looks like it!!!
