Disgusting truworths!!
It's a complete disaster to get your account closed!! Easy to open the account for sure!! But when it comes to pay up the account and closing it, major struggle! Been trying for a week now and non is happening... is this by purpose or untrained personal? Simple thing.. close my account and send me a letter of proof that my account is closed. Waiting period of 72 hours for the letter... this is ridiculous!! When the letter arrived, account not close and only states that the account is paid and date of next statement. So I called head office...they cant help me... ask where i can find the person who signed the letter.... guess what... the dont know of such person...
