Disgusting support from Truworths towards a client for over a decade

I bought clothing at Truworths at The Grove mall for my brother towards the end of December as a birthday gift, which unfortunately didn't fit him. Shortly after, my husband was diagnosed with COVID-19 and we were isolating. I now go to exchange the clothes for bigger sizes and Truworths at The Grove Mall refuse to do so as it is just short of a week over their 30 days return policy.

I've been a Truworths customer and account holder for more than a decade, and never missed a premium. Now, amidst the challenging times we are all finding ourselves in where no one can afford to just spend R2000 in clothing that doesn't fit, Truworths show their support by refusing to exchange the clothing that's too small for simply a bigger size.

I will no longer support Truworths and close my account. Our values are clearly not aligned.
