Disgusting service from truworths Vaal mall

I went to Truworths in Vaal mall and wanted to buy a watch where you got a candle for free. When I went to pay I was told I wasn’t allowed to use my voucher on a “promotional” item but when I was going to buy a more expensive watch which was also on promotion they were more than happy to use my voucher. I then asked for the manager who then came to me. Fhumulani was her name. When I asked her about it I was treated with a terrible attitude and when I asked her why doesn’t she have a name tag that states that she’s a manager she told me it’s against the poppy act for her to wear a name tag. When trying to talk to her the more I tried to explain my point the more she started raising her voice at me causing a scene. I will not put my foot back into Vaal mall Truworths and I would like feedback on this as there is nothing in the poppy act regarding not having a name tag. I think the truworths Vaal mall staff and manager are very rude and I wouldn’t suggest for anyone to go there as you’ll be treated with utter disrespect as there is no customer satisfaction.
