Disgusting service from Truworths

For months, I have been requesting a detailed statement of account from Truworths, payments to Truworths are made religiously, yet every single month without fail Truworths keeps on saying an extra instalment is due. When I have requested a detailed statement of account for the past year, it never gets sent to me. I am paying instalments religiously yet, according to Truworths, I owe them an instalment every single month. I do not understand how this is the case when instalments were increased from R1800 to R2283. 73 every single month, all requests for detailed statements of accounts are never met, but they can call and harass if you are 2r hours late in making a payment.
