DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM TRUWORTHS

I would like to review Truworths again for the second. Their service is ****. The first time I did a review was the 28th Jan 2021 where my order was cancelled without informing me and when I did call they gave me a lame excuse that they could not get hold of me to confirm order. Please note that I paid cash for my order. Which online store does that? The sad part is that till now my money was not refunded I contacted them on 1st Feb 2021 to query my refund they told me it will take 7-10 days. Today I called in again to check the process of my refund the consultant seemed unaware of my refund and told me it will take another 5-7 days. The people you hire does not know what is going on there. Neither do they reply to your emails. NOT SURE WHAT THE FLIP IS GOING ON THE THERE. IS THAT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS TRUWORTHS. YOUR SERVICE IS DIGUSTING.
