Disgusting Service from Manager Truworths Bluff

I was appalled and disgusted with service received from the manager Hayley Myberg at the Truworths store in Bluff. She is so unhelpful and has a dont care attitude when i approached her for assistance. She definitely has no people skills and it seems as if I was a bother to her. Her entire demeanor is so unfriendly ,rude and it was as if she was forced to attend to me. She has no empathy or compassoon for customers . This is how a sale was lost because of her bad attitude and walked away not even offering an apology . Truworths have inverters in their stores but i could not make any purchases hence the request to soeak to a manager . I confirmed with the call centre agent who onfirmed Ithat manual enties are still being done but when i asked the cashier ( black lady at the bluff store she said they don't do manual transactions yet other branches with inverters assisted me manually previously. I then had to leave my purchases which was quite a substantial amount because of the attitude of the manager Hayley . Is this how Truworths treats their customers . Will be closing my account and will never go to that store ever again .
