Disgusting service.

Order placed on the 9th December with a 5-7 working day timescales. Still no delivery. My kids are without Christmas presents thanks to Truworths. Their excuse is that my delivery address was incomplete when i received previous orders to the same address. The lack of communication is disgusting. Thank you for spoiling Christmas for my children. I hope your kids received their Xmas gifts.
