Disgusting service by a manager from Truworths Centurion mall

If there was a 0 rating or even a minus I would definitely give them a 0 or -10 thats for sure. I ordered online as usual and I sent my husband to collect the order for me as usual. Usually they say he can bring a letter with my details confirming that I gave him permission to fetch it and today to our surprise the printout of the email I sent wasn't good enough for the Truworths in Centurion. They refused to assist him because it had no signature which we have never ever been asked to add in the past before. My husband called me and asked me to speak to them to confirm that he was sent by me,I first spoke to some guy, I think he said he's Thabang,he said they wouldn't help me its not his fault that other colleagues of his weren't following procedure all along,cos I asked him how come I've never had to sign before. I then asked to speak to the manager suncd he sounded disinterested and this lady who rudely refused to give me her name and I have never felt so disrespected in my life. She wasn't even giving me a proper chance to speak she kept cutting and was just loud. And I remembered that this wasn't our first interaction with her cos I suddenly felt afraid of her voice,thinking I remember this voice shouting at me before. I remember that coloured/Indian like voice from a couple of weeks ago,I went to exchange broken sun glasses and she was rude in person in the store to me,simply because the glasses didn't have the serial number which I didn't understand how that was my fault since I bought them there. I had the receipt and the receipt was still valid,why the attitude I don't understand. In both these incidents I felt like I was a scolded child,who was to keep quiet and stay still. I now really don't wish to shop in Truworths Centurion mall at all its unfortunate that it's the closest to us, I'llhave to face this bully of a woman who has no respect at all for clients. To think that my husband drove there using his petrol only to be sent back because today after months of doing things this way they decided to follow procedures. I am disgusted by this lady, she is rude,has no people's skills none whatsoever. That woman shouldn't at all serve people, I am not even sure how she became a manager with such an attitude,unless she is all that Truworths stands for. I needed to use this order for tomorrow and I won't have what I need for my graduation because they chose to be selfish today of all days. I regret ever opening an account with Truworths honestly.
